Main Rotor Blade Grips Bearings Linkage Set for RC ERA C180 RC Helicopter

Eradicate Blade Play and Restore Flawless Pitch Tracking for High-RPM Stunt Flight

Worn-out rotor blade grips, loose pushrod eyes, or gritty, blown-out bearings create severe slop in your flybarless head assembly. For the RC ERA C180 1:25 scale BO105, any mechanical play at the blade root leads to erratic altitude tracking, annoying mid-air blade tracking wobble, and a spongy collective feel during aggressive inverted 3D maneuvers. This comprehensive factory-replacement main blade grip package overhaul swap eliminates loose control tolerances completely, clamping your lift blades securely in place to deliver locked-in pitch response and silk-smooth tracking stability.  Ships worldwide.

Product Highlights

  • Full Quad-Blade Refurbishment Kit: Provides a complete head overhaul bundle containing 4 impact-resistant blade grips, 4 integrated molded upper control link extensions, and 8 metal micro ball bearings.

  • Dual-Bearing Smooth Rotation Matrix: Includes 8 precision-engineered silver steel ball bearings (2 bearings allocated per grip) to isolate spindle friction and ensure silky-smooth swashplate authority under high brushless torque loads.

  • Reinforced Integrated Pitch Linkage Arms: Features an optimized molded design where each blade clamp is directly fused to its curved pitch horn linkage, eliminating sloppy mechanical joints and flexing points.

  • Tough Injection-Molded Polymer Core: Manufactured from high-density, fatigue-resistant black composite material that flexes safely to absorb impact energy during hard landings rather than snapping.

Compatibility

For the RC ERA C180 1:25 Scale BO105 6-Channel Brushless RC Helicopter only.

What’s in the Box

  • 1 x RC ERA C180 Main Blade Grips Set

Install Tips

  • Grip Bearing Press-In Procedure: Clean your horizontal feathering shafts thoroughly; press 2 micro silver steel ball bearings squarely and evenly into the inner and outer bored shoulder seats of each black blade grip holder until they seat fully flush.

  • Feathering Shaft Mounting: Slide the bearing-loaded grip assemblies onto the 4 metal arms of the central rotor head hub; secure each individual holder base using your factory retaining hardware screws, ensuring the grip spins with zero grinding or axial end-play.

  • Pitch Control Linkage Connection: Snap the lower circular sockets of the integrated black pitch linkage arms firmly onto the upper ball links of your mechanical swashplate assembly; confirm that all 4 linkage rods stand straight and mirror each other perfectly.

  • Main Blade Retaining & Tracking Check: Reinstall your 4 main rotor blades into the grip slots, tightening the pivot bolts just enough so the blades don't sag but can still fold; power on your C180 to test cyclic pitches on the bench, ensuring all four blade roots share identical pitch tracking angles before takeoff.
